Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
LNL AI Agency (“Sol Reception,” “Sol,” “we,” “us”) provides Sol, a bilingual (English/Spanish) AI receptionist that answers calls and messages, helps schedule appointments, and follows up with customers on behalf of clinics and home-service businesses in the United States. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use our service.
Provider: LNL AI Agency (Sol Reception)
Privacy email: lainiem@solreception.com
2. Personal information we collect
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form on our site (waitlist, book a demo), contact us by email or phone, or engage our services. Depending on the case, this may include:
- Identification and contact data: first and last name, email address, phone number.
- Business data: business name, city, business type, management or scheduling system, call volume, and other operational information you share with us.
- Service-usage data: calls and messages that our AI receptionist (Sol) handles on behalf of your business, including caller data for scheduling purposes (name, contact information, reason for the call), call recordings, and transcripts.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive data through the site. When our service processes customer or patient data on behalf of a business, we act as a service provider (processor), under that business’s instructions and privacy policy.
3. How we use your information
Primary purposes (necessary)
- Respond to your requests for information, demos, and support.
- Manage the waitlist and let you know when the service is available for your business.
- Provide the bilingual AI receptionist service: answer calls and messages, book appointments, and follow up.
- Billing, compliance with legal obligations, and administration of the contractual relationship.
Secondary purposes (optional)
- Send you marketing communications, product news, and related content.
- Produce statistics and improve our services.
If you do not want your information used for the secondary purposes, you may say so at any time by writing to lainiem@solreception.com. Opting out will not affect the services you request.
4. Service providers and sharing
To operate, we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, such as telephony and messaging platforms, AI model providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure, transactional email, and calendar and CRM tools, under contracts requiring confidentiality and appropriate security measures.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We disclose personal information only to the service providers that help us deliver the service, to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
5. Calls and call recording
Sol answers phone calls using an AI voice assistant. Calls handled by Sol may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service — for example, to book the appointment, pass a message to the business’s team, and maintain quality. The business using Sol is responsible for complying with applicable call-recording and consent laws in its state, including notifying callers where required (some states, such as California, require all-party consent). Callers are interacting with an AI assistant, and Sol is designed to identify itself as such when asked and to escalate to a human when needed.
6. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, Sol Reception and the businesses we serve may send you text messages (SMS) related to the service — for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions or requests you send us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used only to provide the messaging service you requested, and is disclosed only to the service providers that help us deliver those messages (such as our messaging and telephony platform), under confidentiality obligations.
Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with the service — for example, the appointments you schedule and the questions you ask. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at lainiem@solreception.com.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it when inaccurate, delete it, and opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request to lainiem@solreception.com including:
- Your name and a means of contact for our response.
- Enough information for us to verify your identity (for example, the email or phone number associated with your interaction with us).
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Data deletion and retention
You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time.
How to request deletion: email lainiem@solreception.com with the subject line “Data deletion” from the email or phone number associated with your account, and tell us which data you want removed. We confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we must retain certain data to meet a legal, tax, or security obligation.
When a business ends the service, we delete or de-identify the associated credentials, recordings, and conversation data within 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and service are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure site usage, and improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may be affected.
11. Security measures
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The current version will always be available at this page, with its last-updated date.
